Winter
With the beginning of a new year Chef Martin is offering a wonderful selection of game meats, which are not just popular during the traditional hunting seasons in Germany, but year round.
Tasting the quail with mushroom stuffing, celeriac puree and Marsala demi glace is a must, as is the venison steak with cassis, salsify and chocolate!
On our appetizer menu we are also featuring a tasty mushroom terrine, alongside our unique smoked spinach salad!

We are proud of the accomplishments of Kansas City's distilleries, and are excited to feature these on our craft cocktail list. Our cocktail menu changes seasonally to keep things fresh and inviting!
Our beer offerings are unique, both on tap and in the bottle. Our wine list includes many hidden treasures from lovely wine-producing areas around the world.
